On November 19, 2019 Paul Edward Mullins, Sr. devoted husband of Nancy C. Mullins (nee Hipps); beloved father of Paul E. Mullins, Jr., Michael R. Mullins and his wife Jackie, and the late Kevin D. Mullins. Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; dear brother of Mitchell Mullins, Wanda Lombardo, Evelyn Thorne and Allen Mullins.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Friday at 11 am. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 3 - 5 and 7 - 9 pm.

Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
