Rev. William Howard Sr. Obituary

On Monday, October 16, 2023 the Rev. William S. Howard "Bill" passed away. He was the loving husband of Bunie R. Howard and the devoted father of William Howard Jr. and Sharon Osttander and stepfather to Delores Lunsford and E. Michael Shifflett (Leslie) and the late Stanley F. Shifflett and Delmar F. Shifflett. He is also survived by many, many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Tuesday, October 24th from 5- 7 PM where Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 25th at 11AM.

Burial will be at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
