On January 2, 2022 Richard Sherwood Woods passed away; devoted husband of Shawana Woods; beloved father of Dawn Cooper (H. Stanley), Lora McMullen (Brice), and William Roberts; loving son of Sherwood Woods and Dorothy Woods; dear brother of Roberta Whitmore (William), Paul Woods (Gail), Franklin "Butch Woods and his late wife Dorothy, and David Woods. Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services and inurnment will be held at the Baltimore National Cemetery, 5501 Frederick Avenue, Catonsville, MD 21228 on Tuesday, January 18th, 2022 at 2 pm.
