Valinda Catherine (Burgess) Cushing

On September 2, 2025 Valinda Catherine Cushing (nee Burgess) passed away; devoted wife of the late Scott Cushing; beloved mother of Christine Lewis and her husband Brad, and Valerie Cushing and her fiance' Timothy Darnell; loving grandmother of Hanna Lewis, Breanna Vina, and Ian Lewis; cherished daughter of the late Bill Burgess and the late Kathleen Biniasz; dear sister of Susan Owens and her husband Ronnie, and Steven Burgess. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and loving family members and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Monday, September 8th, 2025 at 7 pm. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, September 8th, 2025 from 5 - 8 pm.
