Wilbur Franklin Souza

On March 10, 2020 Wilbur Franklin Souza passed away; beloved husband of Mary Jane Souza (nee Welty); devoted father of William F. Souza, Richard W. Souza and his wife Karen; cherished grandfather of Richard W. Souza, Jr.; cherished great-grandfather of Braylee, Richard III and Grayson Souza; dear brother of Rhoda Whisler. Mr Souza was a loyal employee of Bethlehem Steel Corp until his retirement. He also landscaped most of the businesses on North Point Blvd. Mr. Souza would always give money to people in need at his church. His passion was to dine out and to be kind to people.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Saturday at 11:00 am. Visitation will be held on Friday from 3 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 pm.
