William Prosser Obituary
On December 27th, 2025, William “Bill” Prosser passed away. Born on December 15th, 1967 to Anne and the late George Prosser, he was the loving husband to Patricia Prosser (nee Decker); devoted father of Nichole Prosser, Shawna Prosser; cherished Pop Pop of Aiden Brown; and dear brother of Steve Prosser and his wife Esther. Bill is also survived by his mother-in-law, Elaine Decker; his brother-in-law, Edward Decker; as well as many other loving family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Essex located at 300 Mace Avenue, Essex, MD 21221 on
January 16th 2026 from 2pm - 4pm and 6pm - 8pm.
