On January 14, 2020 William Ernest Sawczuk devoted husband of Kim C. Sawczuk (nee Finnerty); beloved step-father of Penelope Blesch; cherished son of June Carol and the late Michael Sawczuk; dear brother of Michael S. Sawczuk, Daniel "Tiger" Rabon and Robert Rabon; loving nephew of Anna Sawczuk-Bibel and her husband Tom;  loving cousin of Jim and Angel Hill, Brittnie (Phil), Kayleigh (Steve), Jamie, Zachary, Helen Knowton, Teddy Bibel, Tommy Bibel and James Murray (Theresa); dear son-in-law of John Finnerty (Dr. Nancy Finnerty) and Sandra and Bill Richardson; loving brother-in-law of Jill Finnerty-Ricardo (Jason), Lillian Finnerty, and Jack Finnerty; best friend of Fritz Fell, Shawn Ziegler, Chad Skala and William Blades.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Sunday at 4 pm. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 2 - 4 pm.

Interment private.
