William "Bill" S. Balch, Jr.

On September 15, 2025 William "Bill" S. Balch Jr. passed away; devoted husband of Bonnie M. Balch (nee Schultz); beloved father of Jacqueline Samborski and husband Jeffrey, Kristen Balch (Cook) and her husband Jason, Samantha Rayman and her husband Marc, and William "Bill" Balch III; loving "Pop-Pop" of Ryan, Jeff Jr, Kaylee, Jessie, Carter, JJ, Maddie, Wyatt, Andrew and Julie; cherished son of the late William Balch Sr and Helen Talasky; dear brother of Jean DeBusk, Barbara Balch and Guy Balch. Also survived by his faithful companion, "Duchess" along with other loving relatives and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 11 am. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, September 22nd, 2025 from 2 - 4, and 6 - 8 pm.

Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
