William "Billy" Wayne Horner

On January 31, 2025 William "Billy" Wayne Horner passed away; devoted husband of Sandra Horner; dear brother of Madeline "Gerri" Nicholson; beloved father of Dawn Amig, Michael Zook Sr, Constance Altland and her husband Scott; loving grandfather of Martina Bush and her husband Jeremiah Bush, Elizabeth Amig and her husband James Moore, Brittany Mitcheltree and her husband John Mitchelltree, Sandra Simms and her husband Jamar Simms, Amanda Shiflett and her husband James Shiflett, Breeanna Altland, Hunter Altland , Scott Altland Jr, the late Krystal Zook and the late Michael Zook Jr; dear brother of the late Jack Horner, the late Pat Horner, the late Marlene Anderson, and the late Jean Hartley. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

He loved shooting pool, fishing, karaoke, eating crabs and drinking beer, shooting darts, traveling and family gatherings.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025 at 7 pm. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, February 5th, 2025 from 2 - 4, and 6 - 8 pm.
