On July 25, 2023 William "Will" "Dennis" Holt passed away; devoted fiance' of Kristen Carnucci; beloved father of William D Holt Jr., Amber Holt, Gavin Holt and Breanna Cox; loving grandfather of Laurel; cherished son of Clara Holt and the late William Douglas Holt; dear brother of Wanetta Holt and Beth Cassity; loving "Uncle Will" of Jessica Ann Billings, Trevor, Bradley, Hayleh, Alyssa, Joshy and J5. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
