To the family of our beloved Rene, Rene was a beautiful person inside and out. She was troubled at times but always seemed to work through her did-advantages. The Salvo’s and Kilgour family have known (neighbors) each other since I was born 65 years ago. Rene was 10 years younger than me so I even remembered when Rene was born.Rene hung on her mom like a little monkey. It was so funny. Rene loved all her sibling and eventually learned to love Gary’s wife Kathy who became the matriarch of the family. Rene hit some hard times, but the family was their for her. Rene loved her girl and loved to to introduce them to all of her friends. Gary, Kathy and the girls father Rich are making sure that Rene’s children will be protected and taken care of. My love and faith goes out to the entire Salvo and Duncan family. Prayers and blessings that Rene is in no more pain, she is with our Lord and Savior JESUS CHRIST. Lord , have mercy on Rene, keep her safe and keep your healing hand on her and give her peace. I love you Rene.

My best friend, my mentor, my rock. I don't know how to go on with out you, I do know from our many many everyday talks, you showed and taught me how to be a friend, to embrace life, to conquer depression. I accept your passing, I don't like it, but I accept it. You're free now, but I ask this of you:, please continue to guide me through life, I will forever need your support. I'm glad I got to see you before you left us. We had so much fun, the sleepovers,shopping, long empowering talks. I love you,, and will never forget you, EVER!
